Conference Integrated Care Systems – where are we now and where are we going? Reserve the date and a place

Integrated Care Systems, Primary Care Networks, and the NHS app, and more, will all have an impact upon service users and patients in the near and long term future.

The conference should appeal to all those who are working in social care and health, and the related voluntary sector. Service users, carers, patients, and their organisations including Healthwatches should all find much of interest as ICS develops for us all. and will make a great contribution too.
