For the third time in a row, we have succeeded in gaining a Lottery Community Award. We are all delighted at this success as it confirms that met all the criteria but also that our past success is recognised and that we can build upon it even more. There is no doubt that as an active service user/carer/patient group that has pushed for so long for health and social care integration and best practice, post Covid, we should play a part as best we can.
The funds will allow us to maintain our general support, our social media , as well as our website, newsletter, forums, and annual conference.
We are always looking for new members – it costs nothing and all of our events are free, except professionals pay a small conference fee.

NESCHA, always keen to recognise the challenges for the workforce in health and social care, is running this conference in such a way that will allow workers, as well as patients, service users and carers, to attend in a way that allows them to attend a succinct, worthwhile learning experience, without great cost in terms of time and expense.
