NESCHA have pushed for integrated care for years on the basis that it produces the best results for patients , service users and carers and makes the most effective use of resources in keeping in the community, preferably in their own homes, for longer.
We reported over three year’s ago that Germany and Japan ( and other countries too) had addressed the challenges of paying for social care, many years ago. This short article is thus a great read !
